is it better to have 2 pieces of Break Block gear or 1 piece of Break block and one piece of Shed block on a pass rushing DT???

I would take the 2 pieces of break block gear since it's pretty easy to raise shed block with SP.

Kinda diff but would you take BB% or BT sa for NT. Have 1 BB now and looking to transfer a AEQ to something better.

If you have to pick one, the BB%, but both pieces are good.
