I'm curious of other people's thoughts on my WR. Keeping in mind this is the first one I've done.

too many SAs early (shouldnt touch them until lvl 50+), and you didnt take speed high enough. you should only work on 1 attribute at a time, and for a speed WR, that should be speed until you get speed to at least the 77 cap. preferably the 80 or 83 cap. personally, i would retire, especially since the best creation date(s) is day 40-41, which is right around the corner. but if you want to keep him, its not a terrible build. just make sure to stay away from the SAs, and make sure you are pumping speed for a while now.
