**What we need from you**
*Stay active, we had one dead player last season, please stay active
* Follow the build plan and the player archtype we want and the size and weight, very important this season. I have all the specs for you in the team forum.
*MUST boost and buy custom. We are in Gold so we have to match the best of the best teams. The teams with one-three agents usually purchase the special tree as well. Would be nice but it's not required.
* Please train in the offseason. I track the player building stats and we had a huge swing in player attributes so some were not training last season or was training wrong. Point spread was 317-272 with a few in the 280 zone. Means something they were doing was wrong. My players are all up around 315 so if you follow my plan you will have solid players. If you do not train or apply sps correctly , you will be replaced before game 1 as I always make backups.

There are 16 spots, I could make the entire team if I wanted to but then we lose the "team" prospect so i would like 16 new agents or new agents making no more than 2 players so we get 8 more agents.
