I was lucky enough to grab tricky's attention when he was looking for a DC job previously. After a few messages it was clear he was smart enough to handle the big leagues that we were headed for (and are in now, USA Pro). In fact, I'd go as far to say dont even waste your time looking for anyone else, as I wouldnt trade his services for any other name in the game.
