Have a second D-line General piece but not enough tokens to fully upgrade yet as well. Any advice on improving the build?

Spd Vis and Conf needs to get up. No CE for the skill tree. But other then those he seems solid.

I agree,

But take agility to 83 cap first and he will be better at the end of the build.
