I'd drop it from 80. Not sure how far..... 70% maybe.

What are your VAs/SAs? If you don't have Slippery, maybe 0. My back has way more agility and vision, and I still ran on 0 until I added Slippery. I run on SE now due to the bonus to spin.

I use a personal rule that my "elusive cap" is equal to the agility attribute. Seems to work.

I just use 99 for my RB. The ridiculously high spin seems to work well with elusive that high.
