From all the griping from people I have seen about us (the co-comishs and comish) not letting them do their own Power rankings or predictions or whatever, yet I have seen none since we said we didn't care if you did it. Based on that I have decided to do my own Power Rankings.
These are my personal ranking from East and West combined.
#1) Awesomeville Bearphins (2-0) The Bearphins have crushed both of their first two opponents, also posting two straight shutouts. Led by QB Awesome Lee,who is a strong candidate for MVP this season, their offense proves to be dynamic once again. If their D keeps playing this way, watch out.
Next Game vs. (0-2) Sheffield Sabres (Should be another easy way for Awesomeville.)
#2) Awesomeville Bearphins (2-0) This team is unbelievably resilient when it comes to stomping teams into the ground. It will be interesting to see how the fair the rest of the season. If they continue to play like they are now they could be 16-0 or 15-1 at worst.
#3) Awesomeville Bearphins (2-0) If you looks at this team and then look at the competition, their is no way you would suspect this team to be leading in points scored and points scored per game. This is an amazing feat for a team with a QB who is below league average and a Running game that could not seem to get on track last year.
#4) Awesomeville Bearphins (2-0) Just look at this team. Wow, that is the only word that comes to my mind. They have the #1 offense and tied for the #1 defense in the league. With an amazing 51 points scored and a staggering 0 points against, it will be hard for any other team to keep up with this team.
#5) Awesomeville Bearphins (2-0) 2 weeks in and they are undefeated, and you shouldn't expect that to change anytime soon. This team is build from a bunch of players who came to the team at levels 1-4 and now are leading the league in offense and defense. With a dominating defense that hasn't given up 1 single point all season, watch out for this team come playoffs.
#6) Awesomeville Bearphins (2-0) It would be unfair to the rest of the league to put anyone but this amazing team here. They are incredible and posses one of the leagues best teams in all aroundivness. The only thing they lack is a solid ST unit. Once that piece is there it is lights out on the rest of the league.
#7) Tecmo All Stars (2-0) They are a team that went out from a 16-0 season after losing to our #1 ranked team, and aimed to improve themselves. Doesn't quite look like that's what happened. They benched the MVP from last season and now can barly muster 20 points in a game. Not taking anything away from this team they stil have an amazing defense which is tied with our #1 ranked team for best in the league with 2 straight shutouts. However I look for that to change soon. This team is the black horse of the playoffs this season.
#8) Awesomeville Bearphins (2-0) This team has little room to improve. A top tem QB, who is #1 in TDs and #3 in yards, Two top 10 RBs who are #1 and #8 in yards and #1 and #2 in TDs, A top 10 WR who is #2 in TDs, A top ten guard who is #1 in pancakes, and a staggering defense who has yet to give up one point on the season. Face it folks, this team is incredible.
#8.5)Honolulu Beach Boys (2-0) They are good.
#9) Tana River Ewoks (2-0) They are pretty good too.
