For the 3rd season in a row, my Gold team will finish with a winning record and a good playoff seed in Gold, not an easy task! I am looking for quality agents who want to be a part of this winning team. Had a #4 seed my 1st season, then two #2 seeds in a row after that!
Benefits:
Every agent with a player on my team will have an LOL-GM spot. Also, I frequently bounce tactic and strategy ideas off my GM's and those who actively respond are often bumped to a higher level role. I also help people who are interested learn my system so they have a better understanding of how to run a good team in Pee-Wee.
Boosting:
Gold is a top level competitive league, so ya, I do require that everyone 3x boost. This will usually happen around week #10, but is subject to change pending on how the team is doing in general and the boost level of the teams we play.
CEQ:
Gold is trying to go no-CEQ in S17, and my Bears team is part of that. Thus as long as Gold teams hold to this pact, so shall we. However, every agent needs to be prepared to purchase CEQ if this pact falls apart, which sadly, is probable.
Level-8 CEQ upgrades:
Pending Gold does go CEQ, these upgrades are not required, but are encouraged.
Inactivity:
I don't expect everyone to log in multiple times every day, but I do expect my agents to remain active enough to apply SP's after they have leveled. I understand if people go out of town or can't access a computer for a while, I just would like to be notified so I can set those people into backup roles while they are gone.
Player Builds:
I have detailed player builds in my team's forums with a specific leveling path. It is required that you follow my build plans, even if you don't agree with them. However, if you do disagree, voice your opinion and the reasons why and I might change my builds.
My Gold team is a constant work in progress and I tweak things frequently. I always consider the advice of all of my GM's and have changed things around based on their opinions. While most agents will only be a LOL-GM, you will have more of a say on this team than most other LOL-GM spots on other teams.
I have plenty of spots open for S17. If you are interested in joining the team, just send me a PM with any spots you are interested in and I will get back to you, usually within 24hr as I am a very active coach.
Also, I am expecting my 1st child later this fall, so at that time, I will call upon those GM's that have earned my trust to help me run the team as I won't have time to run it nearly by myself, which is what I do now.
