I am trying to get my lvl 18 CB to be a shutdown CB! I want him to not get burned, I want him to hardly ever give up any catches, and TDs, and I really want him to get a lot of INTs! So any help guys?

Here are his skills right now:

agilitiy- 29.59
jumping- 26.91
stamina- 39.6
vision- 16.64
confidence- 16.55
tackling- 31.45
catching- 40.61

what else do I need to get up? And is there anything that I maybe have too high, because I might have equipment on those and I can take it off. Suggestions NEEDED!

also, I am trying to develop him into a good kick returner eventually, so there are somethings on there that may not be needed for Shutdown Corner, but I use for KR/PR.

what do you mean?

well if you build him so that he hardly ever gives up catches hes not gonna have a high amount of int.basically in your description you want to be top notch at everything a cb could ever do.then you want to be a top returner on top of that you may spread yourself to thin

I'd increase your vision.
mine is at 16 and i want it to about 30

more agility

your agility is very low. My lvl 11 cb has more agility than you.

As they said. WAY more Vision, and some more agility. Wouldn't hurt to put some points into super vision and shutdown corner either.

i think you've invested too heavily in tackling and catching. As long as you set tackling on wrapup, you really don't need more than 20. Catching is great, but if you can't stay with a receiver on CB would be

speed - 55
agility = 42
vision = 36

Curious how you're doing with your current build. Are you getting many ints or pDs?

Ya, the next 10 levels sounds right. I mean c'mon, 16 vision at level 18? How do you plan on shuting down a WR if you can'r see him?
