I already have a piece that's at +%15 BB. Should I get this even with the +2 catching.

What level are you and do you have any other pieces of AEQ?

Lvl. 39. The +15% BB is at +4 AGI, +3 SPD. I also have a +8 AGI, +3 Shed Block piece.

I would say NO. The catching gets you nothing.

yeah, i could keep looking. the BB % is sweet but you'd prefer either no +catch bonus or a more useful 2nd bonus.
