I'll blame the sim for your situation.

Why haven't you signed at least with a CPU team to get training points? That build seems really far behind. Not even a second attribute soft capped and speed at a natural 66.

I realize this WR is 3 levels higher but the closest I could get to give you an expample.

Speed already taken to 5th cap and 2nd attribute soft capped. Not to mention vision at 33.

Your main problem is that you haven't found a team. You haven't found a team because you haven't worked on it. It takes effort to find a team you don't just create a player and be assigned a team

My level 8 WR has just about the same amount of speed as you do.

the player....speed not high enough, no custom, don't know what you have going on with that agility..is that all training? also, you spent points on SA's already.

Basically, just a bad build at a position that's fairly worthless at low levels (kind of at all levels TBH)
