with the Combo Archetype, and where you have him right now - I would seriously think about getting Strength up to 61 then 67+ 73, leave carrying alone, and use Powerback SA tree - others will disagree, but I see him as a really nice 90 str 100 speed beast.
I know thats not what you envision him as, but he has good weight, and with some break tackle% AEQ and Bruiser, he would be effective
or else he could be a great Scatback - that looks like a great way to go, focus on catching and agility./vision
But to answer you original question - why he is not producing this season might be because he is playing ST and has not a boatload of stamina, plus it hits his morale as well.

an interesting scenario .... 49 straight wins by his team .... highly outleveling the competition .... yet they were beaten by a team (scrimm) which they outleveled by 4 ..... and barely beating other teams .... that team should be demolishing teams .... but , seriously , 49 wins in a row ????? .... how could I be critical ????? , though , things could be adjusted ...... it looks like the system , with mainly inside rushes , is not a stat builder ....
your guy, along with the other RB's on the team, is not in a position to have to produce much .... but , @ 3.6 yds per carry , three times in a row, gets a first down every time .... your guy should be the returner ...

Problem is No custom...so you are giving up +6 to your highest attribute to everyone who has CE in your league.
You should also not go to SA's next...your base speed is seriously low for your level as is your agility. It's kind of late for it, your player is sort of destined to not be very good...but I would at the very least pump up your speed until level 45 then agility to lvl 50 then worry about SA's after that.

the reason were not crushing everybody is because were in an elite league. everybody was undefeated coming into this league. its at a very high level.
