Where should it be? Or rather, whats considered good vision for a NT?

I would say about 68 as thats where I'm taking mine, but would also like to know the consensus.

Low vision + JTS + High First Step= Encroachment
High Vision + JTS + High First Step= Getting off the line FAST.
Take his Vision to 69 (68 then cheap train to 69) But only do this after getting STR/AGI/TKL/SPD to their caps.
