8 in, 8 to go and it's been a pretty good season for 9 of the squads at least. Here's how it breaks down
The Top of the Heap-
for now these are the leaders of the pack.
1-Sin City Silent Assassins- Really can't argue who's standing at the tippity top of the heap. Besides a fluky game against the Gunners they've taken care of business pretty handily up to this point. You're going to want to buy some premium promotions if they roll into your town anytime soon.
Top 9 teams left to battle- (5) San Sebastion, Kingman, Razorbacks, Berlin, Legends
Significant Losses- Guadalcanal
2- Island of Misfit Whores- This team is in top competitive form. Should be firing on all cylinders by the time the playoffs roll around and a team other teams will want to avoid.
Top 9 teams left to battle- (4) San Sebastion, Kingman, Razorbacks, Berlin
Significant Losses- Sin City
3- Legends of Time- A sleeping giant that has the ability to knock people dead even when unconscious. Their time on this earth is limited so when they get serious they're going to happily blow shit sky high and no one wants to be the team they wake up against. They have a chance to move up a spot by knocking Sin City down a peg (coupled with a win against the Gunners).
Top 9 teams left to battle- (5) Kingman, Razorbacks, Berlin, Guadalcanal, Sin City
Significant Losses- Misfit Whores
4- Guadalcanal Gunners- The streakiest of the streaky, each game has been a battle to the finish against every ranked team they've faced. Luck runs out at some point (the playoffs) and raw skill and dot ball mastery needs to kick in for them to advance deep.
Top 9 teams left to battle- (5) San Sebastion, Kingman, Razorbacks, Berlin, Legends
Significant Losses- Misfit Whores
Middle of the Pack-
These guys will make the playoffs and could still move higher up the board.
5- San Sebastion Ibises- Has the ability to climb onto the heap with a win against 1 or more of the top 4 (Gunners being the most vulnerable to a fall). The Kingman loss may come back to haunt them but they should make the playoffs when it's all said and done.
Top 9 teams left to battle- (4) Guadalcanal, Sin City, Misfit Whores, Syracuse
Significant Losses- Legends, Kingman
Bubble Teams-
None of these teams have been through the true meat grinder yet (Misfit/Sin/Legend/Gunner) so their true mettle hasn't been tested. 1 of these 4 teams will be left on the outside looking in.
6- Berlin Doo Doos- Of the 4 teams in the bubble, Berlin is the one I believe in the most. An interesting but devastating loss to Syracuse makes them vulnerable though if they can't find a way to take 1 win from the top 4.
Top 9 teams left to battle- (5) Razorbacks, Legends, Guadalcanal, Misfit Whores, Sin City
Significant Losses- Syracuse, San Sebastion
7- Razorback Nation- It's hard to tell but I think this team is on the rise. They have a hellishly tough second half schedule but if they play tough and steal one from the top 4 then they should make it into the postseason. The Guam loss is almost definitely going to make them sweat in the final few games as playoff tickets are being punched. Syracuse and Berlin are must wins.

Significant Losses- Guam, San Sebastion
8- Kingman Reef Clippers- Of the 4 bubble teams, this is the one that i come back to every so often and scratch my head over. They look capable of being dominant but the results haven't shown up (at least from what i've looked at). I don't know if they've fallen asleep at the wheel but with the schedule they have left if they don't wake up soon they may slip right on out of the postseason before they notice.
Top 9 teams left to battle- (5) Legends, Guadalcanal, Sin City, Misfit Whores, Syracuse
Significant Losses- Berlin, Razorbacks
9- Syracuse Synergy- Of all the bubble teams, this is the one I seem to root for the most. These dots play with heart, that's the best way I can describe it. They leave it out on the field and give each team they play everything they can handle. The stars are aligned about perfectly for them to come streaking out of nowhere and take the last remaining playoff spot from the teams above them. Guam can't be overlooked though so watch out for that trap game

Next Season Starts Now!
Unfortunately this is true for the rest of Zeta.
Guam would need to run the table and get a little help from other teams absolutely falling on their faces. Tough to have no control over your destiny.
Sumatra would have to turn on the burners right this second and get outside help. Not impossible but like Guam, highly improbable
Everyone else has major recruiting/growing up to do before they hit their stride.
