I mean come on, my level 38 FB has -17.49 to strength, -15.93 to speed and -15.53 to agility... Almost seems like it makes him useless now... He is playing at like a level 25 or something now cause of the hit, or am I mistaken? I can get a FB's strength to 60 by level 25... Thats what he is at now with the hit to strength..

How did you only make it to level 38 as a season 2 player? That's the real mystery.

Not that much,
as a non-booster, if you had a few games without getting max exp you will barely hit 40.
He has only half of season 2 played, a season with 15 games and another with 12.

That explains

In early seasons you needed 40XP to get max XP

15 plays per game in season 2 and 26 plays a game in season 3.

0.6 plays a game in another season.
