I had planned on sending out better contracts to my peewee guys but I'm getting a message that says I can't because the players have more than 0 xp. Does anyone know if you aren't allowed to renegotiate contracts mid season in peewee?

You used to be able to do that. But they evidentally thought it was a problem that some guys were using PW teams to funnel money for long-term players. So now you can only send a contract to a level 1 player with 0 xp.

you can re up their contracts with 0 xp...meaning prior to roll over...once we hit first day of xp no more re up unless player was created on day 1 of season.

It's messed that morale is tied to contract but you can't adjust contracts after day one. Money doesn't matter anymore to the player otherwise so this should be something that is addressed...imo.

PW is a joke to almost all of GLB, don't even bother trying to get it fixed.

would u say that pee wee is the easiest and most fun league out of all glb's?

It's the most fun for low level dots and a great place to learn GLB. A lot of people are in Pee Wee because they think it is the best part of GLB.

When day 40/41 comes around, retire your 2 dots and make new ones and either post a thread in the PW recruiting forum, or find a team in there that's looking for players.

i've been told to create a dot on day 40/41. i just pseudo created a few positions to get an idea of how they can be well-built (trying ideas).

i guess i have a few days to read the forums on how to create specialized positions.

Always good info in the Position Talk forum - http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread_list.pl?forum_id=150 - but they mostly specialise in long-term builds. A lot of PW dots are retired at the end of the season, because they have a well-rounded build which reduces their long-term potential.

Dont think i'll be getting into long-term builds, seems like it'll be a year or more with one player playing into 10+ seasons since it takes a little over a month to complete one single season.

thanks for the advance though, i'll def read up on how to build short-term/long-term or mid-level builds and see the difference.
