I'm the owner of the Gallifrey Time Lords Currently getting destroyed in the SAPL! This team worked our way up from the old A league and we were flat out dominant until we got to the pro's. We're just a group of friends who started playing GLB back in season 1. In any case our 1st round of dots were unstoppable and our gameplanning was top notch. Our 70-4 record prior to getting to the pros bear that out. We were 2 time league champs (arguably shoulda been 3!) with 2 undefeated seasons and 1 15-1. That being said we didn't live and breath this game and have multiple farm/feeder teams so when our dots got old we couldn't compete. That culminated in this seasons total meltdown. I couldn't sign nearly enough guys to field a competitive pro squad and decided to mail it in, drop down to AAA and wait for our new dots to be ready. They should be able to come up to the big team sometime after next season. We do have a farm team now and all the agents from our dominant teams have built new players to rescue this once proud franchise.
Now to the point. It's going to be a season or 2 before the new dots are ready and I want to stay in AAA so I'm getting an early start on recruiting for next season. We will be a 3-4 cover2/man/blitzing defense and a power running/balanced offense. I need players at all poistions and will make sure I don't overstock any positions so PT won't be an issue. The team has always taken care of it's players and in whatever way Bort allows us too and we will continue that. Whether you want to get a few games in the pro's with me before we go to AAA or want to sign at the beginning of next season I will be looking to bring in a whole group of new players in the next couple of weeks.
