What cap should a speedster WR push speed to.

Depends on what you consider a speedster, but imo if you truly want to have elite speed at the top levels of the game, ~85 prolly isn't that far off. You can be "fast" by just 77-capping of course, but if you want to be one of the fastest in the game, 85-87 off the bat is prolly your ticket.

Is that with or without EQ?

Yea,that's my goal for my WR.
To make him the fastest in the game. He's doing well and on his way hopefully...

then you want to put all SP into speed unti it is at 87 without equipment.
However, yo do not need that much to be an elite WR

There have been WRs with *natural* speed over 100 already, so....aim high.

Add to Speed until level 35-40 imo. Then get agility to 73, catching to 68, and stamina to 50. Then have a shitty WR who gets 10 catches for 400 yards per season with 6 TDs
