We currently have a spot open for an Quaterbacks Coach. Currently 1-2 we have had to let go of some coaches, due to incompitence. Now we are looking for someone to help turn our season around. We are a team capable of pushing for the conference title and deffinatly a playoff team.. With a team of dedicated staff and agents, we can give you the roster and communication you need to be sucsesful.
Your responsibility is to ensure all players in your position (defensive line) are building correctly and are training right,. You will act as an advisory to agents and provide direct communication to the DC and the Agent. Another responsibility is after each game will post statistical breakdowns of players in your position, so you and other defensive staff can keep track on who is performing and who isnt.
We also are looking to replace a few staff also, as they have not been doing what is expected of them,.
The other positions that need filling are as follows;
Director of Scouting (in charge of all scouting staff, makes sure all scouting is done to satisfactory standard and to make sure it is getting done)
WR/TE Coach (responsible for all WR/TE's, guides them on builds and training. Sorts DC out prior to each game provides stats to the co-ordinator and head coach on who is performing)
Defensive Coordinator
Defensive Line Coach ( responsible for all Defensive line players, guides them on builds and training, sorts DC before each game, provides stats to the co-ordinators and head coach of who is performing)
Linebackers Coach ( responsible for all linebackers, guides them on builds and training, sorts DC before each game, provides stats to the co-ordinators and head coach of who is performing)
New GM's welcomed as most of these spots are a great way to start on the GM ladder.
