Just wondering if you like my plan, or if you have any advice to tweak it a bit.

Currently Taking vision to 74. -Training vision/confidence.
2. Take confidence to 68 - train confidence/stamina,
3. Take Strength to 74 - train speed/agility.

Question is, once vision gets to 74, Shall I work on the strength plan or the confidence plan, if so what do you think is a good cap to shoot for?

Strength simply because you get more ALGs once you cap it
