Yes there are lots of level 11-12 QB's scrambling for a team at the moment, some idiots are posting their players all over the Teams Looking for Players forum because there 1 player isnt getting any game time.
Have a look at my stable of players and you will see that the player will grow - improve and be looked after as opposed to others who will be active for a few weeks then dissappear..
