I became the owner of the Dunkirk Dirtheads last season after being co-owner for many seasons, and I've also been it's only Off. Coordinator. We've been a competitive team since the beginning, barring the season we rebuilt the squad. We've had a number of legitimate shots to win it all, but I believe it to be my playcalling that has held us back the most.
To be honest, I'm totally stumped on how to run the offense at this point. I have things fairly well squared away, but don't have the energy or knowledge to really put us over the top.I think we have a team capable of winning a championship, but I don't think I'm the guy to lead the offense there. So that's why I'm here.
I need some guidance, and an OC capable of running a dual threat QB in a run heavy offense. I'm willing to listen to offers from organizations, individuals...hell I'm looking for any help I can get.
I've played this game for too long and invested too much money and time to continue clawing away hoping for something good to happen for my team. I need someone to come in and make things happen.
