go ahead and cap your speed when you hit lvl 2. its a minor, but at least youll get the benefit of lifetime alg applied to a higher cap.
Tomorrow, since you already have strength at 18, start training strength on normal. Save all BT for bonus tokens for the rest of your life. No enhanced, multi, intense, light, etc.
just normal for your whole life and you will have enuf for 4 kickass aeq maxed out.
Get strength to softcap asap, using sp too, so your alg is maximized. Once there, start training catching, but keep adding sp to strength (NOT speed, homes) till you get it nice and high... 60.
Then start working on catching. That should be pretty high up there too, and probably what you will want to spend the majority of your aeq on.
Once done training catching , next would be agility.
After agility, get some stamina, even tho its a minor and you still have carrying as a major... stamina is a major in my book.
After stamina , get some carrying.
