Ok, can't promise this every game, but I thought it would be cool to do a top ten countdown of plays. It would be pretty easy this week to just to 10 Hammerheads plays, but I've tried to spread the love a bit. Without further ado:

#10) http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=5982486
With time running out, the San Jose Sabercats were driving into the red zone trying to stay in it, when Death Valley's Tanner Witt sealed the win with a timely interception.

#9) http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=5980045
DVDTalk Otters against the Anchorage wolves, Otters QB Simpson has all day to find TE Winslow, who gets great blocks from FB Craig and WR Johnson for a 21 yard touchdown. This play was repeated almost verbatim in the 2nd half as well

#8) http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=5972511
Miami Hammerheads taking on the Houghton Gremlins, and a short punt by the Gremlins sets up this 65 yard return by Creamy Carrera made possible by a great wall of blocking

#7) http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=5975868
In a game that the Chicago Maroons seemed to control all day, the Midwest Mayhem cause just that with a 2 minute drill drive culminating in this great little pump and go to Erik M. Vos for the go ahead TD. The Mayhem would win it in overtime.

#6) http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=5974420
Early in the 3rd, San Diego's Hotpotato Harry hooked up with Pyka Sweets on a short pass that Sweets turned into a 63 yard equalizer. San Diego would go on to win in a close one.

#5) http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=5981794
With the Atlanta Wolves down by 2 and driving with under 2 minutes left, this showy interception over the back of Emitt Thompson sealed the win for the Detroit Outlaws

#4) http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=5976516
With San Diego trailing by 6 and under 2 minutes left, Flower Girl makes a miraculous grab, despite the ball being tipped by Pittsburghs Travis Gatling, to convert on 4th down in the red zone and set up the game winning touchdown on the next play

#3) http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=5973716
After being chased out of the pocket Caprica's Anderson makes a great throw across the field to hit Velcro on an out and up route that leaves Lima's Wool Blanket in his dust on this 20 yard touchdown pass

#2) http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=5974376
Hammerheads Don Quixote shows his speed and his strength on this 65 yard dash on which he beats everyone to the outside, runs right through Houghton's Blitzenheiserensonton, and then, wait, was that a stiff arm he put on CB Josh Stephenson?

#1) http://goallineblitz.com/game/replay.pl?pbp_id=5975731
And the top play, the Hammerheads Puff Blades makes the most of a rushed pass to Running Deer, who tips it up for grabs, and Blades takes it 48 yards for 6.

Well, there's my take. Would love to see what everyone else thought-- there were a lot of great plays!

Thanks for the Hammerheads highlite reel. But in all fairness the team we played was badly over matched. I hope none of guys from the team dare brag of this one.
With all respects they are build ing from the ground up..we was there once to. I am fornate that most of the team return this season. With just a mishap from a former gm ..prety much the whole team was intact.
Thanks for the work I bet it took a lot of time

This is season is write off. Next season likely will be too. We hope that we have some meaningful playing in two years.

I can understand you being realistic about this season, I just hope you keep things in perspective and don't get too down on your team. My guys took a whippin last year too. It can get frustrating, that's no lie. But hey, if it was easy there would be no value in success.

We know what we are in for. We won't lost morale unless the team goes broke or we find that we are still completely uncompetitive moving into our third (Goal Lines's fifth) season. In the meantime, who know? We may even score on someone.

Good work on these, and it was nice to see some Highlander highlights. We were pretty overmatched in that game, but led the whole way right up to the end. Great game though, and I was proud of our guys either way...

We're a team that's still coming along, but we've got a great core of guys and I think we're starting to turn the corner.

just stay postive, you will be surprise how quick your players will level up. Just stay focus and look for the revenage on the league when you get where you want to be...it will be alll the sweeter.
I do wish you and your team the best of luck

Hopefully you can do one for every week, this is fun to watch. Keep up the great work Mischief83.

Too bad you did not do week one, you missed a good one. LOL

I know I'm biased but it's still a good play.
