Roland has played 7 seasons and is level 51/effective level 53. With 111 throwing, 73 Strength and 77 vision, he was a force to be reckoned with in season 14, posting career highs of 63 TDs, a 66.9% completion rate and 137.5 QB rating over 16 games (280 attempts) in a competitive leagues for a team that preferred to run.
Then came season 15 -- Roland signed with a new team that was totally unprepared for the Archtype system and unable to passblock. Unfortunately, Roland set new highs for hurries and sacks (229 and 72 respectively, doubly his career numbers) while his stats plummetted.
Roland is an exceptionally effective quarterback with an adequate pocket to work from. If your team is built with a good mix of players that can both block and run and your OC can mix up the game plan enough to keep opponents off-balance, drop me a line.
I'm not a primadonna looking for highlights, but do want to start and do so for a team that has a shot at winning every night. I prefer teams that can balance the run and passing game at, or near 50%, just to keep opponent's DCs from getting an edge.
