If they are trying to make it like Elite Minors I guess I can see the logic, but a strong conference and a weaker conference ( no slight intended to the non CPU teams in the other conference) just doesn't have any logic. Perhaps it will be rebalanced?

As a team owner, I can't think of a better league to be in than Pee Wee Silver.
I have a Golden carrot as an incentive to kick ass.
I don't have the threat of demotion.
If you fielded close to a complete team you always had a chance at the playoffs
For most teams there were always 12-16 competitive games each season.
I enjoy playing in GOLD and being apart of the best of the best, but dang I just love "owning" in Silver.
If it stays the same I know the East is going to be a beast and it will be fun, just means better recruiting and a little more time spent in the game planning department just to get that coveted 8 seed in the playoffs.

They're Copper playoff teams over there... jsut that half of em went CPU 
Silver 3 was already fairly competitive in both conferences. By combining the playoff teams from both sides of the isle into one conference here they've created a 'Competitive', if not 'Elite' league (well at least half of it). Why couldn't one of the other Silver leagues undergoing the same consolidation get moved to the West here instead of facing the same lolscenario with their conferences?

All leagues appear to have been condensed to a conference not just us.

Silver 5 has moved to Silver 8 East. I also somewhat agree with Kaerey's theory on what happened, I they wanted to keep both rivalries and competitiveness, but did it in a really bad way.

Yeah, maybe a little. But you got all those CPU teams to face. CPU = Crazy Performance enhanced Users. It's a part of the new team finance system. You can use team funds to bring in canadian doctors. I'm surprised that so many teams in your conference picked that bonus.
