I am experienced with OCing, and know how to work the AI. I am currently OCing a Oceania AAA team, and in the past I have OCed for a few PeeWee teams. I am extremely active, post tactics for every game, and the AI will change from game to game. All I ask is that the team stays together in the PeeWees over a few seasons, and I get full control of the Offense. (Just to let you know, I like to pass, I don't care if its the PeeWees where running is the "king". I can get the team into a good passing team.)
