An ideal quarterback for a Level 30 team. I've gotten him a full set of custom equipment, and he's literally an eyelash away from hitting level 31. And if you give him the starting job I'll max boost him as well. He's already played one season in a Level 30 league last year, posting a solid 111.4 passing rating against higher level players. He should do even better next season.
Don't be fooled by the fact that he's not currently a free agent. I inadvertently signed a contract through season 16 with my current team, even though they're going to be in a Cap38 next year. The owner is a quality guy and just wants to help my player find a good spot, so he'll trade my player for a dollar.
