Hey, now. JDBolick does the facepalms around here. Just because you're new here and won a few titles finally doesn't mean you can bypass WL conventions and standards. JDB does the facepalms and you will have to wait until he leaves before you have the right to do so.

Ok, here is the answer to what I think the OP is facepalming over.

We are waiting to hear about a move down to Pro to bring on our 2nd Gen guys, if that for some reason doesn't happen, then we will keep our earned WL spot and recruit.

Well that is why we are trying to work something out with support.

With the current system, we can only technically demote to AAA, as there is no choice to demote to Pro. Ideally we would drop down to a Pro League and have a WL worthy team either stay or promote - this way we can bring on our 2nd Generation players and compete in a Pro League.
