Hey, I am the owner of the Viagra Falls Vipers, And I'm looking for some good agents to come in a replace some of the guys we will be losing next season. In our first season, we are a 2 seed in the playoffs, a very active team, and a great staff of GMs.
I have big plans for this team in the next few seasons:
We are replacing every inactive agent, and requiring agents to post in the forums.
We have great management skills, and our own Private Forum for GMs, so we keep the team running smoothly.
We have a GM of player relations, who takes care of any problems anyone on the team may have.
Activity is rewarded as well. Standout agents receive GM roles, if we have any needs.
The stadium will be built up ASAP, our CFO is very good at keeping finances right where we need them.
EQ is given out to Active players only, but since everyone on my team will be active (or cut, unless they notify one of the GMs about a vacation or leave or other) everyone will have their EQ taken care of.
I will not release A player right away if they go inactive. I don't care if you are on everyday, but every two days is good. If you go inactive for a day, it's not as big of a problem as going inactive for a week, without warning.
