If i have 50 on strength will power thru and others work on my combo back?

Yes but it will vary depending on how much you have in each SA.

The amount of Sa will depend how much it will fire.
The attribute will depend how good it will fire.

The attribute really depends on the Defense your going up against. Power through will work better with people with lower strength and size....but usually 50 is pretty low. I'd say 60 is where you might start to see it, depending on level.

Don't add SAs until are done getting you attributes to their necessary caps. BE PATIENT.

I'd say 70'ish, but 80'ish to be safe. If you assume it will work on 60 then you might f00k yourself over when you go Pro. If those attributes are too high, then abandon the stat and any SA's related to the stat. Prioritize one "type" of SA and concentrate on it (ex. str/carr for Power Through). Don't go balanced like some HB's may do, because then you operate off of too many SA's and you may ultimately not be good at anything.

By going one direction as opposed to balance, you're not having to second-guess whether you've invested enough points.

Just my ten cents. You can tell I'm not a fan of balanced builds, but to each his own .

don't put any money into SAs for a while. like level 40+ (powerback's should look for AEQ for SAs early on.)

Not that much.
Power Trough without attributes is somewhat like a "hard" drop
And Power Trough with decent attributes is pretty damn rare.
