The Lightning Chiefs are looking for quality talent for season 16, we have a good portion of the team returning and would like to add onto it. Boosters and non-boosters are welcome to apply to the team. ( Level 27-30 only please )

Lightning Chief history-
Season 14: 16-0, Won Conference, Lost League
Season 15: 13-3, Currently in second round

We'd like active agents that want to win between level 30 - level 27. Non-boosters will receive a 1 year contract, and if you are a booster we hope that you would like to stick around with us for longer as we are trying to have a growing roster of players that would like to stay with us to the end.

What we can offer is a nice place to allow your player to grow, and receive good playing time. The forum is growing each season, so if that is your thing you can help add to it and make it even better.

Offense and special teams will be run by myself, so if you ever have any concerns with playing time or how the offense is ran while on the team please feel free to PM me your concerns and I will look into it- to try and solve the problem.

The Offense-
It tends to be fairly balanced for a GLB offense. Our play calling depends on our roster and who we are playing, but the ball tend to get spread out pretty well among our offensive players.

The Defense-
rugar is our DC: rugars defense always seems to be dominating. The defensive players are used as he sees fit for a specific game as he makes his own custom plays. So a blitzing FS one game may be a blitzing CB another.

Our owner kodyvan, our assist DC jewness, and myself are friends IRL and we are hoping to create a team that will win many championships together. Hopefully a lot of you would like to be apart of that as we have the coordinators to do so, and many of the players already- but we need to fill out the rest of our championship roster.
