Lvl 13 HH LB. I have strength soft capped to 68. I started putting SPs into agility (40), but now I'm not sure if I should build up tackling first instead. I've hardly touched speed since it's not a primary, but I put all of my EQ into it. Any advice?

As a MLB, was Strong Base a bad pick?

It's (strong base) not a great pick, but if it's what you want to try, then why not? I'd go ahead and soft cap agility, then come back and fourth cap strength (especially with strong base as as SA). You can train agility with either tackling or speed after you soft cap it, you could train it up pretty good to 51 or even 52 before you second (and then third) cap it.

btw I recommend you have two sets of standard eq, one full speed, and one mix, or at least a couple of "back up" pieces, in strength, agility, or tackling. This is due to the eq changes which will make it cost bonus tokens to buy regular eq in future season, in case you ever decide that you don't need all of your eq in speed (say around level 50 or 60 when speed is up over 70 without eq).
