I have a killer passing qb he is lvl 13 with effective lvl 14. I will most likely be a lvl 15 effective lvl 15 b4 next season. Custom EQ and will boost 3 times b4 playoffs. You wont find a better passing qb. Im a very active owner. i do expect top dollar though.
