Rules: This is for 3 WR and 5 WR Shotgun Sets
-Teams must be in Shotgun for 3 quarters and passing 1st, 3rd and 4th quarters
-Teams can rush out of shotgun for 1 quarter, 2nd quarter
-Teams may not rush in any play besides in the second quarter
-All plays must be shotgun formation

I know, but I doubt you will get any (Maybe Wambulance ) gold interest with more than about 5 copper teams in this.

You send out invites to teams that you think are worthy to play... You will probably also want to get a committee for this like the Air Attack Tourney since this involves you only being able to do X things.
