If it were me, I would retire.

That said, if you want to try and salvage the build, you're going to need more strength. 4th cap, at least. After that, I'd go with agility to the same.

Secondly, your equipment needs consolidation. It should be focused in one attribute only. I'd throw everything in speed since you're a fairly balanced TE and in the casual leagues.

Blocking TE's are similar to an OT build. I would move all your EQ to strength.

I think you'll be a nice blocking TE actually. And then I'd work your agility to 74 cap. Grab some hold block % AEQ. Redo your VA's for blocking. I think you'll be solid.

I agree more strength would have been better, but you really need agility to hold blocks. 150 strength and low agility is actually a poor blocker. If you wanted immediate results, you could dump all your EQ into agility (or enough for about 75 agility).

My mistake with my first guy was having him try to do too much. He had every stat at the first cap. To be great in this game you have you pick something and stick with it. Either sell out for blocking or sell out for receiving.

With that said, I think your guy will be okay. He won't be a dominant blocker, and he won't be a game changer on offense. He will be a guy that can catch a pass or two if he's not covered, and won't hurt you in the running game.
