I'm still new to this game but I'm starting to learn it by now and I'd like to slow-build an effective return specialist. On what attributes should I focus on the most, what should I train (which do you prefer, intense or normal or a mix) and how much?

Can you be as thorough as you can, can you explain these in a way that even a n00b can understand and tell me every little thing I should know, everything that you can think of, I dont want to screw this up right away and I'm asking this here cause there really is no proper build guide for a return WR.

And btw, when I make this receiver, should I hope for any playing time on offense or should I only focus on the return game?

I appreciate it if some one has time to guide me, thank you in advance.

Well I could tell you the guide but it will change next season with the training overhaul. Right now the basic plan is

(train speed/agility until you can cap speed)
Speed to 74 (training agility/vision)
Agility to 68/74 (training conf/carry or strength/carry)
Vision to 60 (continue with conf/carry or strength/carry)
Carrying to 60/68

try to get conf and stamina up later in the build, not too high as they aren't that important to a returner (stamina much more than conf) also find time to get strength to 48/60.

However, with the new training system I feel like alot of the training routines will change...but the SP path should remain the same.

OK, thanks, this was really helpful. Just one question. With the first part, did you mean that i should save ALL my SP until i have capped speed with training or did you mean that at first I should put all available SP (the 15 from the player creation+the ones I get with level gains) to speed?

Which brings another question to my mind, how should I divide the first 23 SP and when would be the right time to add the following 15 SP? I've been told that I should use the additional 15 SP just before the first game of the season, is that correct?

when you get the original 23 put speed to 25 (highest it can go) and then add everything else to agility. Then save the 15 SP's and train intense speed/agility until you have enough SP to put it all in speed and cap it right then. That probably won't happen since it takes 33 points from training to get speed capped with the 15 SP's you're given. Most pee wee coaches will want you to apply the 15 right before the first game. After you apply the 15 regardless of whether speed is capped or not switch to agility/vision training and continue until speed hits 74 (will take most if not all of your first season)
