So what do you think?
Heres plan.

CAR to 70
Boost CONF to 50 next season
Train SPD/AGI until i grow tired of it while dropping SP into CONF until 70.

Way I figure it around lvl 40 ill have 100ish STR -- 70 CAR/CONF -- 50/50 SPD/AGI with eq split 3-1 agi-str from here on out. so an effective 60 on AGI. With VAs etc im thinking hes going to be productive outside of the blowouts. Even now hes showing bigtime grit against better teams. I said i was building an automatic 3.5 yard back for the pros and "I" feel im on track to have a beastly powerback.

Interesting plan but it seems to me you'd need more speed. Especially for the pro/WL like you plan on.

Yeah I know, Im training SPD/AGI right now. Honestly by lvl 60 I am looking to be at 105 STR- 90 AGI- 70 CAR/CONF and whatever I can get SPD too. If I would have done it again Id do SPD/AGI before CAR/CONF. But now he justs gets better and faster every game. Theres not going to be any low value training etc.

With your build plan he probably will be a 3.5 yard back, but the odds of him getting past the second level are slim with only 50 speed. Your line is going to have to hold their blocks for a long time to keep the LB's off of you, IMO.

I would definitely get speed up before confidence. Keep training speed/agi for a while but dump those SPs into speed until you get at least 73 natural. You can pump confidence later in your career and still end up with more than enough.

ZI like this input.

But..

3.5 yard back in pros, now hes auto 4+, 10 broke tackles a game and 24 scores a year. Hes not in dire need of speed at this level when I can just truck your DE and DTs.

Take the +9 in agility and move it to strength.

30 speed you wont ave 2 yards per carry once you actually face decent teams, if you want to have a kick ass power HB, you need speed and STR.. by the time your HB makes it to the qb to get the handoff, the qb will be sacked..

When you get carrying to 68 I would start working on Speed to 73. Then Agility. Then you can work on Confidence.

Won't be beastly if he is too slow.

Or carrying, or speed.

This.

ALG's for the rest of his career will help. Then start getting speed up to 69 or 73. Agility is a primary, but the ALG difference will be minimal between that and Confidence, so do Confidence if you want and let us know how he goes

Yeah thats a short term fix for team, try and help against better comp. I have to say I know its only low levels etc. but he seems to hit the line quick, Im thinking carrying may be a big factor on the explosion too the line. Yeah once he hits the line hes a big retarded fish out of water, but he finds someone to run into. But that +9 def goes back in str next season. Watch his last game =) funny stuff.

Well built power backs are great weapons for a team especially at lower levels when they tend to bowl over all the lower strength defenders.but without enough speed they become limited in what they can do later on in there careers..It is ok to rely solely on strength early in there careers but once they hit the pro leagues if they arent fast enough they wont be abe to do anything because defenders will swarm then before they cn get down field. They might break the first tackle or two but wotn go anywhere after that.

Without speed a PB can not effectively play in Pro or WL.

Without speed ANY HB can do anything. Maybe in the D-Leagues It's okay for 30 speed, but you're level 24 in minors? I think you should at least have a 50 speed.....
