Speed straight to 68? I have it to 61 base atm, but should I take to 68 before taking Agility to its cap?

Great success with balanced up to about 72 agility 76 speed at level 22....loading the strength carry in training....vision will follow...In a 25 level league he dont get caught from behind

Meh. 150 (+40 from eq) speed, 90 agility, 68 str/carry, 11 Spin, 11 Return specialist.
