My QB is set to medium throw away threshold. Only two receivers go on the route, one is triple covered, the other is double covered and the SS is sitting in zone underneath that route. Why the hell does he not throw it away? Vision is 80.74 - should he not be able to tell that the best option is to toss it to the sideline?

Bad Offensive coaching first of all... you have a TE and a FB blocking... go ahead and send the RB into the flat... I would take a one on one match up with the LOLB anyday. If your vision is 80 (natural???) than it seems like your throwing and confidence would be too low for level 30 league...

Vision is 71.09 natural +9 from EQ.

I'm not worried about the build - it'll be just fine. Do throwing and confidence somehow factor into the throw away logic? The question is about the throw away mechanics - is it because it's 3rd down that he doesn't throw the ball away? I mean if you only have two options and both are double covered, wouldn't that seem like a good time to throw it away?

Try maxing out the open man setting and keep medium throw away the same. If the QB still continues then I'd suggest switching to conservative and open man to around 75...
