For a Pass Rushing DT what would is more beneficial out of FS, Break Block or Strong Base

Very useful, but Break Block % is going to be more useful as is Shed Block. Still, with the right build FS can really help.

100+ AGI and FS is not as important. QC and CD however seem to be excellent since you can make bigger angles and you lose less speed, exactly what AGI based DEs look for. FS wont hurt on any player in GLB id guess.

Disagree, FS and BB are both essential for a DT.

I'd say SB=FS>TV

SB=FS > Break Through > all other SAs. You also want break block % as well.

I'd probably put BB% ahead of break thru depending on your build, maybe break thru is more important for high strength NT.

No.

130+ STR
78+ SPD
90-95 AGI
68+ VIS

you don't need 68 vision really, you can second cap it and let level gains push it higher. I don't think you need 130 strength either.
