Since you have Speed at a cap, I would go ahead and get vision to 61. Then you'll be at 69/61/61 which is a decent spot. From there you will want to shoot for 73/68/73, the path you take getting there depends on your auto-level-gains and how you decide it would be best. You can neglect agility a little (do it last of the 3), especially if you plan on having decent Change Direction later on down the line. You also may want to take speed higher eventually, but that's a long way in the future. Definitely put ALL your eq in speed if you can.

While you are putting points in these, train strength/jumping/tackling in some combo. Probably jump/tackle first until jumping gets to 33 (3 levels' worth of SP From 48), then tackle/strength for a long time. Once you get your big 3 (spd/agi/vis) where you want them to be, cap jumping, strength, and tackling.

I'd go ahead and and take speed to at least 73 right away.

yeah it depends on if whether he can get vision to 61 or speed to 73 first, and where his fractional points are at when he has to cap them.

I have ten SP's and two VA's,what should i go for?

I'd put all 10 into vision

Train Jumping to 40 and get the VA "Ballhawk" with your 2 VA points
