Up to this point, I've been slow building him on my defunct team, but he's just about to turn the corner (he's already had a few really solid games this season) and by the end of the season, I should have enough points to get his str to the soft cap. Once that happens, he will be ready to help a championship contending team. If there are any teams out there who will be looking for a starting QB in this level range, let me know.
