Hi, I am Draupnir, owner of the Valhalla Warlords, a new team that I am planning to reload in the 14 level cap in season 17. I am looking for agents who would like to create some dots on day 40 this season so we will be able to compete in the 14 level cap starting season 17. I can assure you that agents love playing for me, and I have had good success in my short stint as owner so far. My casual team is heading for a second straight championship in my second straight season as owner.
Mission:
I am looking for top notch agents who would like to stay and grow with this new team that is hungry for greatness. I am extremely dedicated to winning consistently and I will not rest until this team is top notch. Because of this, I will put in as much time and effort as any owner in GLB to make this team great, and to find the right people to make it great. The team will be renewed every season, and if you are a team player and strive for greatness you will always have a role on the team!
What I am seeking:
I am looking for agents who:
a) know how to build a good player (or are willing to follow guides to build good players)
b) Boost & buy CE (there will also be a place for some non-boosters with really good builds, mainly in the earlier seasons, and become special teamers later)
c) exhibit class and professionalism (I want team players).
For my part I pledge to give my team the following:
-Utmost dedication to leading this team to success. I will not rest until we have the personnel and coaches to bring us championships.
-Determination to bring this team all the way to the top. We will play in the pros someday.
-Experience. I have been around since season 2; though I have steadily grown more and more into the game. I have learned a lot about this game in my time.
-A student of the game. I spend a lot of time on GLB and will keep up to date in what it takes to succeed.
-I will never go inactive, unless of course under an extreme circumstance. If that happens, I will give full control to one of my trusted coaches to get us through.
-I am a fair and reasonable owner. I take pride in treating my players with respect and make sure everyone feels part of the team.
-I put in effort to foster an active forum and great community between teammates.
-I will be providing a core of my own new players who will be top notch builds who will always be willing to take one for the team.
-If needed I will create some short term players who will be sacrificing their long term builds to be better players early on in the lower levels. This will help us to win early on. These players will eventually turn into special teamers, backups, or released when our team matures to the higher levels.
-I will have a stable stadium and funds by the time our first season as a team rolls around. I will demote the team after this season and build the stadium season 16.
-If I get enough demand for it, I will create a peewee team that will be used to get our new players maximum playing time as we grow them the season before we start as a team.
-I will be working on and developing a future player replenishment system which will basically allow agents to sign up their players to a future commitment to replace aging vets at the end of their careers. Players will be free to play on other teams until that point, because of the new farm team rules it seems just easier that way. The more the better since some people may not hold to their commitment.
-I have been planning everything that will help us have success such as personnel, scheme, etc. Also I always love input and teamwork with all the agents involved as well!
Why advertise now for a team launch S17?
The reason I am getting this started ahead of time is so we will have lots of time to plan and recruit everyone we need. Also I would prefer day 40 (of this season) created dots to get the most out of their builds.
