As you can see he hesitates every few yards. I can only think of two things

(1) He's just tired

(2) I just got juke and he's on 75 elusive so he is juking when anyone gets close???

I have agility and vision basically triple capped,so I would think he wouldn't do this kind of thing but not really sure whats going on.

I'd say number 2 imo,he would'nt stop start if tired,he'd just run at a slower pace.

how much vision do you have?

there are known problems with elusive running - and higher vision can make it worse.

some are having luck moving up to 99 elusive, or turn it way way down like -50.

vision at 68 agility at 69

I moved it from +75 elusive to +51 elusive for next game to see if there is any difference.

I also have slippery as a VA so for it to work I need at least 50 elusive, so If I have to drop below that then I might as well get rid of it?
