I have room to take on one team as an OC if anyone is interested. I have won where ever I have gone so hopefully I could help you out. I prefer to take a casual team, but would take on the right non-casual job if it was a fit.
I do have my own AI that I would bring on board. I like to have the last call in DC decisions. I do not need to recruit and actually prefer if the owner shops for the groceries. I post tactics for the start of the season and only update if I make changes. I primarily run, probably 60% of the time, but that is a rather new thing for me. I used to throw a LOT before throwing sucked the last season or two. So, I can always adjust to chucking it around the yard.
