I just rolled a +3 agility + 1 quick cut SA for my lvl 31 speed WR.

At your level, any +3 to a useful attribute plus
a SA or % is a good find.
Hang onto it, upgrade it and don't go shopping again for a while
would be my advice. Train on intense and just go after Bonus Tokens
from here on in. Don't waste the training points on shopping for at least
another 20 levels.
