No one is scouting other teams right now i think, but if you are not testing shit out, thats just dumb. new plays, VA changes etc.

gotta test the sim changes and the new effects and make adjustments.

That being said, if a team wins 90-0 more than likely the team who has 0 is gonna have a rough year.
