first why the F*** do u have 22.2 throwing,22.2 str,14.6 catching,14.6 jumping??? your speed is okay, but u need confidence and vision, under looked by a lot of rushing QBs but if u look at rushing QBs they can have high vision like 60. They see more of the field better cut backs up the field also can just run straight down the sideline and outrun people instead of trying to juke. Confidence is just something u need to make him a star, then stamina 21??? really do u expect to be level 5 again?

your first sentence the answer is natural gains. second sentence i am getting speed 77 (done) agility 77 (currently at 60) then going vision to 68 then confidence to 60 then carrying to 60 stamina will eventually be trained
