yes...but why would you want to put points into carrying.....
Not an attribute needed on a regular CB......much more needed atts are there

because most WRers have low tackle. so if i at least soft cap carry . every Int would be a pick six.

along that line of thinking, you would need a -LOT- of carrying. like 70-80. and even then, not every INT would result in a TD. my lvl 63 retired could generally take down power backs in USPL with only ~50/50 strength tackling, so i think WRs, even with what little tackling they have (they are usually about on par with strength, at least late in their careers) should be able to take you down without mush hassle.
